Wego will calculate partner ratings designed to promote transparency and enhance the overall user experience on our platforms. These ratings will be displayed to customers in the Wego's search result page on all platforms.

Partner Rating Calculations

Here is a summary of how each metric is evaluated:

Conversion Rate (based on POS & Device Type)Measures the percentage of users who complete a booking after clicking through to your site.
Price AccuracyPrices shown on Wego must match the prices on your site. Wego gathers price accuracy information through user feedback and crawlers. Allowing Wego to use crawlers to validate prices may have a positive impact on your rating, depending on your price accuracy.
Customer SupportThis is evaluated based on the number of customer service calls received and the rate at which those calls are resolved.

Exceptions may be made for technical challenges if they are flagged in advance.

Partner ratings will range from 1 to 5 based on the metrics above. A rating of 2 or lower will result in suspension for the specific POS and Device Type.

Higher-rated partners may benefit from increased traffic, as users are more likely to choose trusted and better-performing providers. We anticipate a shift in user behavior from choosing the cheapest fare provider to a balance of price and quality as reflected in your partner rating.

Wego will share the ratings and the corresponding metrics to you on a monthly basis.
